SY Montana at the 40th. Heineken Regatta, St. Maarten

The SV Montana with Skipper Morkus Bocks participated in the Heineken regatta this year. The Heineken Ragatta is famous for high-class racing and partying.

 The Montana started in class CSA 5 and was sailed with spinacker and genacker. Afterwards this was a bit impolicy, because the used CSA rating worsens significantly. Nevertheless a fine 6th place out of 10 participants could be achieved. Considering that most competitors compete with a well attuned crew and a regatta-optimized ship, this is a very decent result.

Also the partys have satisfied all expectations."Grandmaster Flash", "Asher Otto & Itchy Feet" as well as "Inner Circle" and last but not least "FLO RIDA" on the huge Heineken stage fired us really up.
